Requirements for joining:
Yes. An immediate family member has to be a current member. You would need to come in with that immediate family member to open an account, or bring in their savings acct. number or their ssn. Also you are eligible if you are a state employee. You are also eligible if you live in the same housing unit as someone who is a member. In order to verify that, you would have to bring in a bill with the address of the member and also verify that you reside at that address.
